Scorpion RV – Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Scorpion RV, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Fees

  • Normal Service Fee: $100 (includes travel within 30 miles).

  • Long-Distance Service Fee: $125 (for locations beyond 30 miles).

  • Emergency/After-Hours Service Fee: $225 (applies to any call outside normal business hours or for urgent same-day service).

Once Scorpion RV arrives on-site, the applicable service fee is due, even if repairs cannot be completed for reasons beyond our control (such as lack of access, cancellation upon arrival, or customer-requested cancellation).

2. Hourly Labor Rates

  • Standard Labor Rate: $175 per hour (billed in one-hour increments).

  • Labor time begins upon arrival at your location and ends when the technician departs.

  • Any required diagnosis, troubleshooting, or testing is included in billed labor time.

3. Parts, Materials & Special Orders

  • All parts and materials used during service will be billed in addition to labor.

  • Special order parts must be paid in full before ordering.

  • Once ordered, special order parts are non-refundable.

4. Estimates & Approvals

Scorpion RV will provide a written or verbal estimate before starting any repair work.
Customer approval is required before any repair exceeding the initial estimate is performed.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may still be subject to the applicable service fee.

If the technician arrives and cannot access the RV or perform the service due to site conditions, customer absence, or other preventable reasons, the service fee will still apply.

6. Access & Site Requirements

The customer must ensure that Scorpion RV has safe, clear access to the RV, work area, and required utilities.

The RV must be parked on level ground and located where there is sufficient water pressure, electricity, and sewage access (if required for service).

Scorpion RV reserves the right to decline service if the site is unsafe, unlevel, or otherwise unsuitable for repair work.

7. Weather & Safety Conditions

Scorpion RV may postpone or reschedule services due to unsafe weather, hazardous travel conditions, or unsafe on-site environments (including aggressive pets, poor lighting, or unstable surfaces).

8. Liability & Damage

Scorpion RV performs all repairs professionally and with care. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing issues, manufacturer defects, or damage resulting from prior improper installations or modifications.

Scorpion RV is also not liable for system failures, leaks, or component breakdowns that occur after service is completed unless directly caused by negligence during the repair.

9. Warranty

  • Labor performed by Scorpion RV is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty.

  • Manufacturer warranties for parts or appliances will apply as provided by the original manufacturer.

  • Warranty service must be performed by Scorpion RV; labor performed by another party will void the Scorpion RV warranty.

10. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Scorpion RV accepts payment via credit/debit card, mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), Cash App Pay, or check.

  • Returned checks will incur a $35 fee, and payment must be remade with an alternate method.

11. Photos & Documentation

Scorpion RV may take photos or videos before, during, and after service for documentation and quality assurance purposes. These will not be shared publicly without your consent.
